Delivery/Collection

We use Royal Mail tracked delivery to send all orders which are fully trackable from the moment your items are sent. A tracking number will be provided to you as soon as your item is posted.

Postage prices:

• £10 Guaranteed Next Day (if ordered before 3pm)
• £6 First Class Tracked
• £5 Second Class Tracked

Collection is also available from ME8, Rainham - Kent. 

 

Refunds/Returns

We want you to be happy with your item but in the event it’s just not suitable we do offer a refund or an exchange.

Items must be returned & received by us within 14 days of signing for your order. Please only send your return via Royal Mail.

Sale items are non-returnable & non-exchangeable. 

The item must have the original tags attached, it must be unworn and have no marks/stains (make up, deodorant, fake tan, etc.) No catches or damage on the item. We do not cover the return postage. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all returns are sent using tracked delivery. We are not responsible for any lost/damaged returns.
